Court documents reveal that between April 10 and April 12, 2025, detectives from the Tallahassee Police Department, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) conducted a joint undercover operation in Leon County. The initiative focused on identifying individuals using the internet for child sexual exploitation.
During this operation, investigators identified Miller soliciting an undercover detective online, whom he believed to be a 15-year-old girl. Miller subsequently drove from Thomasville, Georgia, to a prearranged meeting location in Tallahassee, intending to engage in sexual activity with the perceived minor. Upon his arrival, law enforcement intercepted and arrested him immediately.
