SWAINSBORO, Ga. – Four individuals have been arrested and charged by federal complaint following a multi-agency investigation into child sex trafficking and exploitation in Georgia. The federal complaints name Jhirmichael Williams, 34; Bryon Willis, 53; Samantha Reese, 35; and Samantha Bradford, 30. The charges against them vary and include sex trafficking of a minor, attempted sex trafficking, enticement of a minor, production of child pornography, and aiding and abetting.
The extensive investigation involved a significant collaboration between federal, state, and local law enforcement. Participating agencies included the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the District Attorney’s Office for the Middle Judicial Circuit of Georgia, the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and several other local police departments and sheriff’s offices.
“This investigation is a great example of multi-agency cooperation leading to the identification and arrest of those who sexually exploit children and to ensuring no continued harm came to their victims,” U.S. Attorney Heap stated, emphasizing the commitment to protecting children from harm. Tripp Fitzner, the District Attorney for the Middle Judicial Circuit, echoed these sentiments, calling the case a “textbook example of multi-agency cooperation.”
Officials have stated that the investigation remains ongoing. The FBI encourages anyone with information related to this case or similar activities to contact them. It is important to note that criminal complaints contain only charges, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
