According to Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Bucks County deputies executed an arrest warrant just after 6:00 a.m. along Main Street in Tullytown. Authorities had gathered intelligence suggesting Alford was concealing his whereabouts at a location in that area.
Law enforcement officials stated that Alford had violated the terms of his probation stemming from a 2023 conviction for terroristic threats. Specifically, authorities allege that Alford removed his electronic monitoring bracelet in December and subsequently failed to report to his assigned probation officer.
Following the arrest, officials identified Alford as an alleged member of the Pagans Motorcycle Club. He was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility for processing.
