In a distressing turn of events, Miami-Dade Police have identified the woman found deceased on the side of Interstate 95 in Northeast Miami-Dade. This discovery has prompted an extensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.
The woman, identified as 21-year-old Nahomi Valentina Cittadini, was set to celebrate her 22nd birthday in a few weeks. Her body was discovered without clothing near Northwest 203rd Street on Saturday morning. Miami-Dade Police Detective Luis Sierra reported that clothing was found beside her, though it was unclear how it was removed.
Several witnesses called the authorities early that morning, reporting an argument between two individuals on the roadside. A vehicle was noted to have stopped around 6 a.m. off I-95 northbound at Ives Dairy Road, where the argument was taking place.
