The plaza, built in 1977 and occupying 1.98 acres, was formerly held by the Cleveland Crystal Plaza LLC, which had acquired it for $3.29 million in 2020.
Representatives from Colliers, including Dannielle Robinson, assisted the buyer, while the seller’s interests were managed by Alex Henderson, Max Molloy, and Sawyer Gregory from LSI Co. Notably, LSI has been active with other recent sales, exemplified by its transaction of a 2,440-square-foot industrial property in Naples for $1.07 million, which was conducted by Eric Edwards.
