Located off Bell Shoals Road, east of Tampa, the development will span 240,613 square feet and offer a variety of living arrangements including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The facility aims to provide comprehensive amenities for its residents, such as a smart fitness center, a resort-style pool, a full-service salon, a movie theater, and multiple dining options.
This marks the fifth project undertaken by the Texas firm in collaboration with the senior living brand, showcasing a well-established partnership. According to Scott Olthoff, the president of the construction firm’s Florida division, this project is a testament to the mutual trust built between the two organizations over the years. “The CORE team is thrilled to be working with Experience Senior Living on this significant project. Over the years, our firms have developed a deep trust in one another, and we look forward to the successful completion of this project as well,” Olthoff stated.
With roots dating back to 1937, the construction firm has a longstanding history, having established its presence in Florida since 1982. Offices currently operate out of Manatee-Sarasota, Orlando, and West Palm Beach. Meanwhile, their partner in this venture, Experience Senior Living, founded in 2016 in Colorado, operates diverse lifestyle brands across the nation.
