Erik Spoelstra, affectionately known as “Coach Spo,” has always been a figure of inspiration, but this time it’s more personal. He describes the staff at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, who provided crucial care to Santiago, as “angels from heaven,” acknowledging their exceptional support and dedication.
