Ismael Alvarado, the tenant at the center of this unusual incident, removed a wide array of household appliances, including the refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, from his rental property located at Hallandale City Center. Grace Mariot, representing the Hallandale Beach Police Department, expressed her frustration, stating, “It’s just a matter of finding them, locating them and arresting them.” She further emphasized the intolerability of such behavior, asserting, “My recommendation is for you to turn yourself in.
