A tragic incident in the Fraser Heights neighborhood of Surrey has resulted in the death of a six-year-old girl and injuries to two other children following a hit-and-run collision. On Sunday around 4 p.m., authorities responded to reports of three children being struck at an intersection. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, the young girl succumbed to her injuries.
A seven-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy were also injured in the incident and were transported to the hospital. Fortunately, their injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
