An arraignment is scheduled for May 6 following a comprehensive investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office into allegations against an individual named Danial. The investigation commenced on September 6 after a referral from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force was received by the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
The referral alleged that Danial was involved in downloading child sexual abuse material. Subsequent searches of Danial’s cellphone, computer, and online accounts uncovered hundreds of photographs depicting children engaged in various sexual acts. According to the prosecutor’s office, it is believed that none of the victims identified in these materials are local to the area.
