The Homicide Unit of the Atlanta Police Department is seeking assistance from the public to identify a woman believed to be a victim of homicide. Authorities have released images highlighting unique tattoos located on her right wrist, left wrist, and left thigh. The woman was not carrying any form of identification at the time. It is suggested that she may be Hispanic.
The discovery of the woman’s body occurred in a wooded region near 2000 Marietta Boulevard NW, shortly before 6 p.m. on Sunday. Investigators have confirmed that the cause of death was a gunshot wound.
