Orlando, FL – Raul Rodriguez-Jimenez, a 38-year-old resident of Kissimmee, has been sentenced to 11 years and 4 months in federal prison for drug-related offenses. The U.S. District Court found him guilty of possessing and intending to distribute fentanyl and cocaine.

Rodriguez-Jimenez pleaded guilty on January 29, 2025. His conviction stems from an investigation conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. Between December 2023 and August 2024, Rodriguez-Jimenez was involved in eight separate incidents where he distributed or intended to distribute fentanyl and cocaine.

During the investigation, DEA agents utilized an undercover agent and a confidential informant to carry out controlled purchases of the narcotics from Rodriguez-Jimenez. On February 9, 2024, law enforcement executed a search warrant at his residence, uncovering various drugs and four firearms. Over the course of these transactions, Rodriguez-Jimenez handled over 2 kilograms of cocaine and more than 280 grams of fentanyl.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Diane Hu.
