Regions Bank has announced the appointment of two new market executives to enhance service delivery in the Fort Myers and Sarasota regions.

Dorothy Blasingim, a seasoned banker with four decades of experience, has been appointed as the market executive for Fort Myers and Cape Coral. A native of Fort Myers, Blasingim has dedicated over 20 years of her career to Regions Bank, where she has been instrumental in managing operations across numerous branch locations, including those in Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and Naples.

Daniel Eveloff has been named as the market executive for Sarasota, Bradenton, and neighboring communities. Eveloff brings over 24 years of banking expertise to his new role, including nearly two decades of working with commercial and corporate banking clients. His career began at Bank of America in 2000 after graduating from their management training program.

Both Blasingim and Eveloff will be tasked with addressing the financial needs of their clients by working collaboratively with departments such as consumer banking, commercial banking, and wealth management. They will also spearhead community involvement initiatives to strengthen the bank’s local presence.

These leadership changes come as Earnest Wilks transitions to a new role as a credit officer in Orlando. Under Wilks’ previous tenure, he oversaw both the Fort Myers-Cape Coral and Sarasota-Bradenton markets.

Regions Financial Corp., headquartered in Alabama, operates approximately 1,250 branches and more than 2,000 ATMs across the South, Midwest, and Texas, managing $157 billion in assets.

The strategic appointments of Dorothy Blasingim and Daniel Eveloff are expected to drive Regions Bank’s growth and community involvement in the Fort Myers and Sarasota areas.
