Plans for the property include pre-designed layouts for a 25,000-square-foot estate, which Reznik mentioned would be available to the new owners. Additionally, the plot boasts 200 feet of waterfront on Biscayne Bay, providing the future owner with the option to construct a deep-water dock suitable for a 180-foot megayacht. The exclusivity of Indian Creek is underscored by its high-security measures; access is restricted to a single bridge, and the island is patrolled around the clock by its own police department.
