Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover Part Ways After Three Years

The stars of Summer House and Southern Charm, Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover, have decided to end their relationship after three years together, marking an unexpected turn in their lives.

Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover, who initially crossed paths during the first season of Bravo’s Winter House, have officially parted ways. The announcement came through the latest episode of DeSorbo’s Giggly Squad podcast, aired on December 30th, where she openly shared the news of their mutual decision to end their relationship.

In a candid conversation with her podcast co-host Hannah Berner, DeSorbo expressed the unexpected nature of their split. “It’s weird, it’s very weird. I wasn’t expecting this,” she confessed, reflecting on their journey from the beginning. The reality star emphasized that their relationship was never about future expectations like marriage, but rather living in the moment.

While DeSorbo chose not to disclose specific reasons behind the breakup, she hinted that there was no animosity involved. “Not to sound traditional and old-fashioned, this is not a situation where I have a like a 50-part series of ‘Who the f— was I dating?’” DeSorbo joked, indicating the absence of any major fallout.

Despite the breakup, DeSorbo expressed deep admiration and affection for Conover. She described him as “one of the best people I have ever met,” affirming her ongoing support and respect for him. “I will remain the biggest fan of him and want the best for him,” DeSorbo stated, emphasizing the amicable nature of their separation.

DeSorbo further shared her perspective on the maturity required to recognize their individual goals and desires for the future. “I love him, I think he loves me,” she continued. “I think we will remain friends. No one did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing. I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want, and I think that’s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you’re feeling in real time and what you want for your future.”

Throughout their relationship, both DeSorbo and Conover underwent personal transformations, something DeSorbo touched upon during her podcast. “As you get older, I mean, I started dating Craig when I was 29 and I’m 32 now,” she reflected, highlighting the growth they experienced. For DeSorbo, the early 30s have proven to be particularly transformative, a sentiment she noted also applies to Conover.

DeSorbo acknowledged the emotional weight of their decision, expressing her sorrow openly on the podcast. “It’s a very sad thing,” she admitted, breaking her usual rule of not displaying emotions online. Yet, she found comfort in sharing this emotional moment with her listeners.

In the wake of their split, Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover remain respectful and supportive of each other, showcasing a mature approach towards ending their relationship and highlighting personal growth.
