Peloton enthusiasts have an exciting week ahead, with the fitness company announcing a new lineup of featured classes for June 16 through June 22, 2025. The schedule includes a variety of workouts designed to cater to diverse preferences, highlighting Peloton’s commitment to offering engaging fitness experiences.
A highlight of the week is a live 30-minute Row Bootcamp: 50/50 led by Katie Wang on Tuesday, June 17 at 6 PM ET. This session follows the 50/50 format, which alternates between cardio and strength training. This setup, initially introduced with Bike Bootcamps in September of the previous year, has expanded to include the Tread and Row. The class structure consists of the first half focusing on cardio, while the latter half is dedicated to strength exercises.
Peloton is also commemorating Juneteenth with special classes on June 19. A notable feature is the 30-minute Juneteenth “The Cookout” Two-for-One Ride with instructors Alex Toussaint and Tunde Oyeneyin. The pre-recorded class, featuring studio members, will be available on demand starting Thursday at 12 AM ET. Additional on-demand Juneteenth classes include a 30-minute Walk with Marcel Dinkins, a 30-minute Row with Ash Pryor, and a 10-minute Meditation with Chelsea Jackson Roberts.
Furthermore, Denis Morton will unveil a new 10-minute Sleep Meditation on Sunday, June 22 at 10 PM ET. Morton, now officially recognized as a meditation instructor, will regularly offer meditation classes moving forward. To close out the week, Rebecca Kennedy will lead a live 60-minute Full Body Strength class on Sunday at 2:30 PM ET.
These offerings are part of Peloton’s broader “100 Days of Summer Streak Challenge,” encouraging participants to maintain a continuous fitness streak. Peloton users are invited to join the challenge and incorporate these featured classes into their fitness routines.
