6,000 Berks Residents Still Without Power Following Devastating Windstorm

During a storm on Tuesday afternoon, wind gusts reaching up to 62 mph caused considerable disruption across Berks County. The powerful winds toppled trees, utility poles, and wires in various locations, resulting in widespread power outages. As of Wednesday, thousands of residents were left without electricity as efforts to restore power continued.
