Authorities discovered one individual, identified as Kamani Dixon, aged 20, suffering from a gunshot wound to a lower extremity. The altercation occurred while several individuals were engaged in a basketball game, with shots fired towards their direction.
Dixon received medical attention at MUSC Health and has been discharged following treatment. The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) is currently leading the investigation, which remains active and ongoing.
