Exeter’s Dog-Friendly Egg Hunt Rescheduled for New Date

The third annual Egg Hunt for Pups, organized by Humane Pennsylvania, has been rescheduled to take place on Saturday, April 19, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Danielle Ruiz-Murphy Dog Park in Exeter Township. Originally planned for April 12, this event offers a delightful afternoon for dogs and their owners to enjoy the outdoors while hunting for Easter eggs filled with treats and prizes. The dog park is located at 503 S. Center Road.

Participation in the event requires a $10 fee per dog, with all proceeds going to support the animals under the care of Humane Pennsylvania. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase Humane Pennsylvania merchandise and participate in raffle drawings for additional prizes. The event welcomes well-behaved dogs on leashes, and to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, dogs will be grouped by size for 30-minute time slots, with each group comprising 10 dogs.
