Fatal Car Crash Claims One Life on I-70 Near Richfield

A fatal accident occurred on Interstate 70 in Sevier County, Utah, resulting in the death of a driver. The Utah Highway Patrol (UHP) reported that the incident took place around 6:41 p.m. on Wednesday. A 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling eastbound when it veered off the roadway near milepost 45, approximately 15 miles north of Richfield.

The vehicle reportedly left the road to the right, entered the shoulder, and subsequently rolled several times. During the accident, the driver was ejected from the vehicle. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and confirmed that the driver had died from the injuries sustained in the crash. The driver’s identity has yet to be disclosed.
