Facing a total of 55 charges, Colt’s allegations include malice and felony murder, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, and cruelty to children. Colin Gray himself is charged with 29 offenses, among them second-degree murder, second-degree cruelty to children, and involuntary manslaughter. Both Colin and Colt Gray have entered pleas of not guilty.
In February, a judge sanctioned a $500,000 bond for Colin Gray; however, Barrow County Jail Records indicate that he remains in custody, having not posted bail.
