A collision involving several semi-trucks is currently obstructing multiple westbound lanes on Interstate 90. The Washington State Department of Transportation reports that the right two lanes are blocked just west of State Route 202 in the North Bend area. Although the left lane was also affected for several hours, it has now been reopened.
Eastside Fire & Rescue has confirmed that one individual was transported to a nearby hospital as a result of the incident. At present, the cause of the crash remains unknown, and there is no estimate for when the affected lanes will fully reopen to traffic.
This incident is still unfolding, and updates will be provided as additional details become available.
