A collection of crucifixes was observed in the parking area at El Santuario de Chimayó on Wednesday. On Good Friday, a significant number of pilgrims are expected to make their way through the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, heading towards the revered site of El Santuario de Chimayó.
