SpaceX Successfully Deploys 27 Starlink Satellites into Low-Earth Orbit

In the early hours of Monday, a Falcon 9 rocket carrying more than two dozen Starlink satellites was launched from Florida’s Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The launch occurred precisely at midnight EDT from Space Launch Complex 40, and no backup launch opportunities, which were available until 1:59 a.m., were required.

This mission aims to deploy 27 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit. These satellites will join an ever-expanding constellation, enhancing the network’s capacity to deliver high-speed, low-latency internet services globally.

The first-stage booster of the Falcon 9, marking its 27th flight, successfully returned to Earth. It landed on the droneship “Just Read the Instructions,” stationed in the Atlantic Ocean to facilitate the recovery process.
