Avelo Airlines has announced an extension of its flight schedule for central Florida airports, offering services through Labor Day 2025.

Avelo Airlines, headquartered in Houston, is expanding its flight schedule to cover three central Florida airports: Tampa (TPA), Lakeland (LAL), and Orlando (MCO). The new schedule includes flights that are available for booking until September 2, 2025. According to Trevor Yealy, Avelo’s Head of Commercial, this is an ideal time for travelers to arrange their summer vacations or weekend getaways.

From Lakeland International Airport, travelers can now book flights to cities including Boston/Manchester, New Hampshire (MHT), Charlotte/Concord (USA), Nashville (BNA), New Haven, Connecticut (HVN), Philadelphia/Wilmington (ILG), San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU), and Rochester (ROC).

For those flying from Orlando International Airport and Tampa International Airport, routes are available to New Haven, Connecticut (HVN), Philadelphia/Wilmington, Delaware (ILG), and Wilmington, North Carolina (ILM). Additionally, Avelo is expanding its schedule for the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers and Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport but has yet to specify the destinations for these airports.

Since its operations began in April 2021, Avelo Airlines has served nearly 6 million customers across more than 46,000 flights. The airline services 48 cities across 22 U.S. states and reaches two international destinations: Jamaica and Mexico.

Avelo Airlines’ extension of its central Florida flight schedule allows travelers more opportunities to book flights well in advance, ensuring they can plan their trips with ease and convenience.
