This incident took place shortly after midnight on August 11, involving a suspect vehicle that struck both a person aiding a disabled car and the car itself.
The accident occurred on the 2300 block of Northwest 6th Street. The police report highlights that Yevhenii Arsirii was selflessly assisting an unknown driver to push a broken-down vehicle off the road when tragedy struck. A vehicle collided with Arsirii and the disabled car, causing Arsirii significant injuries.
Emergency services promptly took Arsirii to Broward Health Medical Center for immediate treatment.
