According to the LCSO release, deputies responded to a residence on the 150 block of Bethel By The Lake Drive at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Friday after receiving a report of a deceased adult female. Upon arrival, law enforcement personnel located the victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and pronounced her dead at the scene. During the preliminary stages of the inquiry, investigators identified Rollins as a suspect in the case.
As the investigation unfolded, the U.S. Marshals Taskforce advised detectives that Rollins had been located and detained at the Leon County Detention Facility.
