Authorities have identified Kevonte Irons, a 25-year-old, as the suspect in the shooting that resulted in the death of a driver on Sheridan Street. The incident, which occurred in the early morning hours of October 26, 2024, involved a Nissan Altima, whose driver was fatally shot during a suspected reckless driving altercation.
Responding officers discovered the victim’s vehicle crashed on the roadway, with the driver sustaining life-threatening injuries. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, the victim succumbed to their injuries, further intensifying the urgency of the police investigation.
