Ashton Jeanty was the standout performer, rushing for an impressive 209 yards and achieving a touchdown that highlighted his exceptional season. Jeanty, aiming to bolster his Heisman credentials, delivered an electrifying 75-yard touchdown run. This achievement marked his fifth touchdown run of 70 yards or more in the season, equaling LaDainian Tomlinson’s record in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS).
