Teen Surrenders to Midland Police Following Fatal Hit-and-Run Involving 78-Year-Old

A 17-year-old girl surrendered to the Midland Police Department early Saturday morning in connection with a hit-and-run collision that resulted in the death of an elderly pedestrian the previous evening.
