Three teenagers from Monroe County, Florida, have been accused of orchestrating a theft operation involving fishing gear worth tens of thousands of dollars. They are suspected of selling these stolen goods on online platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp.
According to authorities, deputies arrested a 17-year-old, who allegedly collaborated with two younger boys, aged 14 and 15, to execute a series of burglaries targeting their Stock Island neighbors. The stolen items reportedly include fishing rods, reels, spearguns, and an array of marine equipment.
These teenagers are now facing serious legal charges, as they have been accused of burglary, grand theft, and dealing in stolen property.
