WILMINGTON, Del. – Three men have been arrested and a fourth is being sought by law enforcement following a Delaware State Police investigation into an alleged large-scale narcotics operation based out of two city residences. The arrests occurred after search warrants were executed on November 8, 2025.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Drug Unit and the Special Operations Response Team conducted searches at homes on the 200 block of North Rodney Street and the 700 block of North Monroe Street. Investigators identified Tayvon Brown, 30, Rhasheed Gilliam, 28, Alexander Wade, 39, and Darvin Connor, 44, as suspects allegedly involved in distributing illegal drugs from the properties.

During the search of the Monroe Street residence, officers arrested Brown without incident. According to police reports, authorities discovered two grams of suspected crack cocaine, 18 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, and drug-packaging materials at the location.

At the Rodney Street address, police apprehended Gilliam and Wade, who allegedly attempted to flee before being detained. The search of this property, where a child was also present, reportedly uncovered approximately 321 grams of a substance suspected to be a heroin/fentanyl mixture, 31 grams of marijuana, 11 rounds of ammunition, and materials believed to be used for drug manufacturing.

Charges and Legal Status

Tayvon Brown was charged with multiple felonies, including possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and conspiracy. He was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $30,200 secured bond.

Alexander Wade faces charges that include possession with intent to distribute, possession of ammunition by a person prohibited, and resisting arrest. He was held on a $134,000 cash bond.

Rhasheed Gilliam was charged with possession with intent to distribute, unlawful operation of a clandestine laboratory, and conspiracy. His bail was set at $142,200 cash.

Authorities are still searching for the fourth suspect, Darvin Connor, who faces several felony charges, including possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a a child, and operating a clandestine laboratory. It is important to note that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
