Court filings detail the events leading to Lynch’s arrest on July 18, 2022. Authorities stated that Georgia State Patrol troopers attempted to stop Lynch after he left the stash house in a ride-share vehicle. Police reports indicate that Lynch fled the scene on foot, discarding two bags containing cocaine before being apprehended. A subsequent search of the Fairburn property by law enforcement revealed an additional two kilograms of cocaine, multiple firearms, and over $100,000 in cash.
