According to the police report, the driver of the Nissan was treated at the scene and subsequently transported by Pennstar 1 Helicopter to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where she was later pronounced deceased.

Authorities noted that the occupants of the other two vehicles involved in the incident did not sustain injuries.
