In Charlotte, two significant transactions were recorded. 517 Tamiami Trail exchanged hands for $2,097,000, transitioning ownership from Bimmel LLC to 517 Tamiami Trail LLC. Then, a retail store on 590 Tamiami Trail changed ownership from North Port Cumberland Inc. to Mark A. Radcliffe, fetching a price tag of $1,185,000, marking an appreciated jump from its previous price of $340,000 in November 2013.

Moving to Collier, Concert Everglades LLC acquired a golf course at 8835 Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples for a hefty $17,150,000. Another notable deal involved Lennar Homes LLC purchasing vacant land in Naples for $4,352,900 from KLLB AIV LLC, alongside KAB Real Property Holdings LLC grabbing a commercial condominium on Pine Ridge Road for $1,632,907.

Lee County was not left out, with the City of Cape Coral purchasing parkland on Palm Tree Blvd. for $10,400,000, an impressive increase from its February 2006 value of $4,000,000. Driven Brands Inc. bought a warehouse on Nichols Parkway for $4,400,000, while Lee County expanded its holdings with a $4,000,000 purchase of vacant commercial land on Alico Road.

In Manatee, GForce Media LLC’s warehouse acquisition on Whitfield Industrial Way, Sarasota, stood out at $7,000,000. Another noteworthy sale was Lennar Homes LLC’s purchase of vacant land in Bradenton for $1,163,800 from DRP FL 6 LLC.

Meanwhile, in Pasco, D.R. Horton Inc. secured vacant land in Land O Lakes for $6,358,800, highlighting ongoing interest in the region’s development.

Pinellas saw Mirror Lake Reflection LLC acquiring a warehouse on Fairfield Ave., St. Petersburg, for $6,182,000, reflecting a value increase from $4,088,000 in February 2023. A significant neighborhood shopping center changed hands as Store Master Funding III LLC bought property on 54th Ave. S., St. Petersburg, for $3,913,000.

Over in Polk, PGP Winter Haven 1 LLC took a medical office building on Cypress Gardens Blvd. for $10,300,000, an increase from its January 2015 price of $8,500,000. M/I Homes of Tampa LLC’s purchase of vacant land in Lakeland for $4,634,300 added to the busy week’s tallies.

Last but not least, Sarasota showcased two prominent deals. Sarasota County bought expansive citrus groves on State Road 72 for $19,000,000, while HP Capital Group 4 LLC acquired vacant commercial land on N. Beneva Road for $4,200,000.
