The Bib Gourmand category, showcasing good quality and value, includes 32 restaurants, and an impressive 84 eateries have been selected for their overall good cooking.

The MICHELIN Guide has categorized its selections based on cuisine types, reflecting Florida’s rich tapestry of cultural influences. Among these, the state offers 19 American cuisine restaurants, 26 contemporary establishments, and numerous Asian, Italian, and Cuban options.
