Michel Couvreux – Beverage Director extraordinaire – has developed award-winning beverage programs for Chef Keller’s highly acclaimed casual and fine dining restaurants. His immense experience as East Coast beverage director and head sommelier at the delectable Per Se restaurant is unparalleled.
